Ingredient list

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup organic raw honey
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour 
  • 1/4 cup cashew meal 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 



  1. Line a loaf (9x5) with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add cashew butter, oil and honey or brown rice syrup. Use spoon to stir until well combined.
  3. Add coconut flour and cashew meal, gently stir until the powder is well mixed i.
  4. Transfer cashew butter dough into lined pan, pressing evenly into all four corners. Place in fridge while you make the chocolate topping.
  5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil over medium-low heat and stir continuously until smooth.
  6. Remove sough from fridge and pour melted chocolate over. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Allow bar to sit at room temperature before slicing into 10 bars.
