- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup organic raw honey
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cashew meal
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

Method
- Line a loaf (9x5) with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add cashew butter, oil and honey or brown rice syrup. Use spoon to stir until well combined.
- Add coconut flour and cashew meal, gently stir until the powder is well mixed i.
- Transfer cashew butter dough into lined pan, pressing evenly into all four corners. Place in fridge while you make the chocolate topping.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil over medium-low heat and stir continuously until smooth.
- Remove sough from fridge and pour melted chocolate over. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Allow bar to sit at room temperature before slicing into 10 bars.
