Refund policy

At Camel Nuts, we are committed to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.


Stock Availability & Refunds

In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will offer either:

  • A partial refund for the unavailable item, or
  • A replacement of similar value, based on your preference.

Returns Policy

To maintain the highest quality standards, all food products are strictly non-returnable once delivered.

Exception:
If the item(s) received differ from your order confirmation or invoice (e.g., wrong nut variety or quantity), please contact us immediately.

What to do:

  • Do not open or consume the product. Keep it in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and invoice within 24 hours of delivery.

Any other exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. Camel Nuts reserves the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met.
